Definition
We work with you and your team to get more detail to create a proposal with clear metrics and deliverables. This can include an onsite visit to experience the problem firsthand. Once the proposal is approved we can finalize terms and conditions.
Once we have a signed contract we will start working to develop the solution as defined in the proposal.
Development
We implement our solutions into your process completing any test articles and validation required. Once the test articles are validated, we will work with your team to release the changes into operation in a controlled manner.
Training
With updated standard work we train your team on the key process steps, characteristics and parameters to successfully operate under normal conditions with improved performance.
We support your team until the deliverables are achieved. Payments are balanced. We suggest potential opportunities for improvement.
